I create hand-made therapeutic products, each of which came from a desire to meet physical maladies by using verifiable, quality ingredients. My customers and I want products that actually work, do no harm to man nor beast nor planet, and foster a deep appreciation for the wisdom of our bodies to get us and keep us well.
All GrassrootzTM products are made from ingredients that are therapeutic-grade, fair trade, kosher, vegan, cruelty-free, chemical/pesticide-free, ISO-QAl certified, recent harvest, and ethically-sourced.
Trademarked products include: BugzGoTM, insect repellent spray; BugzGoTM Swamp Oil, heavy-duty insect repellent oil; and HurtzTM, muscle ache reliever.
I also offer 8 essential oils for aromatherapeutic and medicinal support.
I rely on old, older or ancient knowledge for making use of combinations of various plant materials, which in keeping with respect for those who have gone before us, and respect for the wisdom and generosity of the natural world.
I get to chat face-to-face with my customers and passers-by every time I am at the Market. I get to reconnect with those I have trained in CPR, First Aid, and Preparedness. We get to learn from each other, and think out loud about all manner of things, and I get to remind them to eat their vegetables.
